| Invigorate Recruitment is looking to recruit an experienced New Business Executive to work for a well established Broker organisation based near Leeds Bradford Airport with a reputation for providing quality long-term career opportunities to ambitious individuals. Duties: This role will involve working closely with the Branch Director and a team of Development Executives in winning new clients by proactively broking risks to a panel of insurers, Building and successfully developing relationships with new clients utilising quality scheme arrangements and by using your initiative in locating markets for difficult to place risks. Although this is not a sales role, you will be an integral part of the sales process and will be confident doing deals, networking within the company market to develop quality insurer contacts and in generally broking efficiently Skills: 2/3 Years commercial broking experience Ability to successfully build and maintain client relationships Previous experience within a similar role Package The company offers a fantastic package with an immediate start available. Starting salary- £20k pa, achievable OTE £60k with company car, and further training a possibility for the right candidate. |
