| Due to continued expansion, a car dealership in Ripon is seeking an experienced car sales executive to join their team. To be considered you must have a minimum of 3 years car sales experience and be able to demonstrate a successful stable sales track record. Duties: • Meet and greet customers • Sell their range of new and used cars meeting agreed sales volumes • Achieve the agreed profit level per sale • Up-sell and cross-sell to potential customers ie extended warranties, accessories • To proactively seek and secure repeat and additional vehicle sales using prospecting, follow-up, referral and other available methods • Source cars to meet customer’s requirement • Depending on experience, manage a small sales team or progress to management • Adhoc administration duties There are opportunities for career progression within the organisation Hours: 5.5 days per week. One day off per week and alternate Sundays 22 days holiday plus statutory holidays (taken in lieu) Benefits: Company car and petrol |
