| Invigorate Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Business Development Manager for a prestigious hotel in the Harrogate area. Key Communications: • Head of Departments • Own team • Reservation Team • Events Manager • General Manager • Customers • Revenue Manager Job Summary: • To create local, personal account relationships • To be responsible for Meetings/Events in order to maximise room occupancy, revenue and yield • To capture new Corporate residential business • To manage the business focusing on selling strategy • To develop a proactive and strategic annual sales plan in order to achieve set budgets Previous Hotel experience is desirable, but not essential. My client is looking for someone who has a passion for developing business and forming long term relationships with clients. You must have proven Business Development experience and have an understanding of the hospitality industry. The ability to make decisions is a must, whilst ensuring the highest level of customer care at all times. Salary: £20-30k (dependant on experience) |
