| Invigorate Recruitment is actively looking to recruit a Product Consultant to join an expanding IT solutions business located in Leeds due to rapid growth. This position involves working as part of a team to train and support on all aspects of the Company software. You must be a good team player but also be able to work on your own initiative building up and maintaining good relationships with their client base. You must be willing to travel and stay away from home when required, the rest of the time you will be based in their head office within the Leeds area. The role is key to the successful operation and future growth of the organisation and gives the right candidate a real chance to make a difference to a small team. Core Responsibilities • To become an expert on all the Companies modules • To be able to train on the entire company suite including HR ,Training , Recruitment and Payroll • Provide first and second-line support • Assist in the testing and quality assurance of any new software features • Assist in the implementation of data transfer through to consultancy/training with the customer • Problem solving issues logged by customers and colleagues • Liaise with clients to qualify and document their requirements for new features or enhancements to existing ones • To manage the customers’ expectations and make key decisions when necessary • Assist in the revision of existing documentation to reflect enhancements and new features in future releases of the software • Attend and present at the organisations user groups • Attend, demo and liaise with new prospects at HR and Payroll shows Essential skills and attributes • The successful candidate will need to be inquisitive and be able to ask questions to then prescribe the right solution for their customers • Up to date knowledge of SSP ,SMP and payroll legislation • Knowledge of BACS payments,Tax,NI,P45’s,P46’s ,P60’s and general ledger • Experience of problem solving/working on a support desk • First class written and spoken communication skills • The willingness and ability to travel within the UK with overnight stays – (Clean Driving Licence) • Quick to learn • Confident working alone and building up good relationships with new clients • First class organisational skills • Strong initiative skills, demonstrated in an imaginative approach to creating and delivering training courses, support and new ideas • To be self motivated and capable of working without supervision • The successful candidate will ideally live local to the Leeds area as you will be required to be in the office when not out travelling Essential IT Skills • Microsoft Office (Core products Word, Excel, Internet Explorer etc.) • Highly PC Literate • Microsoft Outlook • Basic SQL (Desirable) The successful candidate will be ideally placed to either continue a career in applications training and support, or move into a full support role or customer account management. The travelling at times will include up to 3 or 4 overnight stays a week and travelling on a Sunday is not uncommon, The successful candidate must be flexible with travelling and happy to travel on a weekend if necessary. The importance of the company\'s training and customer services functions will continue to grow in line with future expansion of both its client base and product range. Salary: £22k to £29k pa |
