| A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Recruitment Consultant to join the award winning team of Invigorate Recruitment based in Harrogate on a permanent basis. You will be required to build profitable new relationships with target companies from our prospect database and maximize the sales revenue from existing clients as well as managing your commercial desk on a day to day basis, developing strong relationships with Clients and Candidates. You will use a combination of sales calls, company visits, and direct marketing to grow your area of the business and you will be rewarded for this growth by our industry leading commission structure as well as genuine prospects for career advancement and managerial responsibility. Interested applicants need to have experience of working in a commercial recruitment company at consultant level, consistently achieve or exceed targets and looking for a new challenge.
